A week ago, I made a survey for people at school to take, I had also promoted for them to give the form to their parents to fill out. The first question asked for their name, the second asked if they were a parent, to which there were no parents in this survey. The third was if the person liked video games, to which the majority said yes. The fourth question asked if they were drawn to mature content, and it resulted in a close majority for no. The fifth question asked what they thought was the appropriate age for someone to play a game like Call of Duty of GTA. The average age from the surveyors was 15. Finally, I asked if they thought video games were too violent. The majority of participants actually were in the middle. They said that sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't due to such a variety being at play.
What I gathered is that amongst students the results can be mixed, and thought can go into the decisions of gaming's future.
